Data Deletion

At Pi, you can request deletion of your data at any time. This page explains how.

Disconnecting a connected account

Do you want to stop sharing the statistics of a specific social media account? Log in to Pi, go to the connection settings, and click Disconnect next to the relevant account. From that moment on, we:

• revoke access to that account;
• stop retrieving new data;
• delete the associated access token.

Deleting all of your data

Do you want all of your data deleted, including your account? Send a request to privacy@getpi.app from the email address your account is registered with, stating that you wish to have your data fully deleted.

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation requires us to keep certain data longer. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Deletion via Facebook / Instagram

Did you connect Pi via your Facebook or Instagram account and want us to delete the data received via Meta? You can do this in two ways:

1. via the email address above, or
2. by removing the Pi app from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), after which Meta automatically sends us a deletion request and we delete the associated data.
