Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the use of Pi, a service provided by Bomba Events, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91844851, with its registered address at Maasstraat 106-3, 1078 HN Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“we”, “us”, “Pi”). By using Pi, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Pi is an analytics platform that enables sports clubs to make the performance of their social media content visible and to share it with their sponsors. Pi retrieves statistics from connected social media accounts via the official APIs of the relevant platforms.

2. Accounts and access

To use Pi, you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us as soon as possible of any unauthorized use.

3. Connecting social media accounts

You may only connect social media accounts that you are authorized to connect. By connecting an account, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to that account’s statistics on behalf of its owner. You can disconnect a connected account yourself at any time.

4. Permitted use

You will not use Pi for unlawful purposes, to disrupt or misuse the service, or to obtain access to data you are not authorized to access. You will respect the terms of the underlying platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube).

5. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Pi available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends in part on third-party APIs; changes or outages on their side may affect the service.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the Pi software and platform belong to Bomba Events. The statistics and content retrieved via connected accounts remain the property of the relevant club or the relevant platform respectively.

7. Liability

Pi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

8. Termination

You may end your use of Pi at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms. Upon termination, we delete the associated data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page. In the event of significant changes, we will inform users where reasonably possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Bomba Events is established.
